Living Large In An $11 Million Chelsea Townhouse

NEW YORK (CBS 2) — You never know what you will find inside a New York City home.

One five-story townhouse in Chelsea has a swimming pool in the living room and CBS 2’s Emily Smith got an inside look in the latest edition of Living Large.

From the outside, it looks so urban, but inside, it is all suburban. The home on 232 West 15th St., has five baths, five fireplaces and 5,000 square feet of space. It is valued at a little less than $11 million.

It also features a double-height solarium greenhouse with tropical ambiance and a turtle pond.

The master bedroom upstairs has a wood-burning fireplace and a hot tub. The current owner of the residence also rents out the top two floors for about $5,000 per month each.

Does CBS news really believe that viewers who are struggling to make ends meet are really interested in seeing the super-rich waste their money on ridiculous extravagances for their homes? Here’s another reason to agree with Warren Buffett and increase taxes on people earning over $1 million.

OMG that woman is a hot mess.

Money is wasted on the wealthy.
