SYOSSET, NY (WCBS 880) – A new healthy living center for young woman has opened on Long Island.

The center called Oh My Girls! in Syosset is all about teaching girls ages 8 to 18 how to live a healthy lifestyle that they will continue to follow for years to come.

Co-creater Claire Lieber-Saul says they have workshops including cooking, fitness and self-improvement.

“In the social workshops interacting with girls their own age, so it’s really fun for them,” she said. “It feels like it’s a social experience.”

The center also focuses on nutrition, physical fitness, counseling and more and offers a wide variety of classes.
