JERSEY CITY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Vandals struck again overnight on the streets of Jersey City.

"We think it's kids running up and down the block, probably teenagers," she said.

All of the damaged tires were on the vehicles' passenger side and most had two tires cut up.

Another neighborhood resident said tire-slashing incidents happen about once a year in the area. Police have yet to make any arrests.
