New Yorkers Abuzz With People Magazine’s Choice Of Bradley Cooper As ‘Sexiest Man Alive’

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – “Who the heck is that?”

“Ew! No way!”

That’s some of the reaction CBSNewYork.com has gotten on our Facebook page to word that Bradley Cooper is People’s “Sexiest Man Alive” this year.

Cooper is perhaps best known for his role in “The Hangover” and its sequel.

He tells the magazine that when he heard he was being named “Sexiest Man Alive,” he thought he was being “Punk’d.”

Folks in the Tri-State Area haven’t been too kind about the choice – at least not on our Facebook page.

The nicest comment we could find was from Stephanie Yaboni, who wrote “Yeah, there’s something about him.”

How did you guys come to this unfortunate Bradley Cooper decision? Votes? I’m afraid you have made a wrong choice here because Ryan Gosling is the our greatest living actor & makes you believe the obvious, he drips sex & makes you believe it…he makes you believe anything he wants. Shame on you People Magazine I use to have faith before you made this unforgivable mistake. Better put you’re thinking caps on to try & get your rep back & makes this up to Mr Ryan Gosling & me.
