Tony’s Table: Artichoke & Spinach Dip
This simple dish is always a crowd pleaser and is perfect for the holidays.
1 c. Thawed Frozen Spinach
1 1/2 c. Thawed Frozen Artichoke Hearts
(Artichokes in a can or jar can be used also)
6 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup water until softened. Drain. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute.
Mix all ingredients together and serve with crusty bread
