When Al Dukes informed Boomer & Craig that former big league pitcher Al Leiter was going to join the Program today, the Dynamic Radio Duo tried to figure out why.

Not to worry though, Leiter is always entertaining and he was honest when telling the guys he wasn’t sure why he was calling in today either, he was just following instructions.

After a bit of awkwardness at the beginning, the spot went well as Leiter informed the guys he is a big Giants fan and has been locked-in throughout their magical run.

Leiter also informed the guys that he will be having a little party to watch the game on Sunday.  Despite his best efforts, Craig was unable to score an invite, while Boomer has a standing invitation.

They did eventually talk a little baseball, Leiter predicted an awful season from the Mets, offered his thoughts on the Yanks dealing away Jesus Montero to the Mariners for Michael Pineda and Red Sox new skipper Bobby Valentine before saying farewell…
