Carlos Sanchez, 28, of Massapequa, is expected to be arraigned Friday on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said on Monday, Sanchez started talking to two girls, ages 16 and 17, who were on the swings in Farmingdale's Lincoln Park.

Police allege on Jan. 24, Sanchez approached three teenage girls who were walking home from school in Farmingdale and reached down, took off one of the victim's shoes, looked at it and put it back on her foot.

Police said Sanchez fled in a car after asking the girls if they would like a foot massage.

Police said one of the victim's snapped a picture of Sanchez with her cell phone camera which helped lead to his arrest.
