His attorney said he was just turning over documents.
Parco left saying he told investigators nothing.
As he put it, he had “no beans to spill.”
Parco had briefly starred in his own reality TV show is a private eye with a shady past.
He was once a key witness in a sensational murder trial – that of Carolyn Warmus, the Westchester County elementary schoolteacher convicted in the 1989 murder of her schoolteacher lover’s wife.
It was private eye Parco who sold her the gun and the silencer used in the crime.
Prosecutors recently gained at least three cooperating witnesses in the case of Gristina, who, along with her co-defendant, Jaynie Mae Baker, is accused of running a prostitution ring out an apartment at 304 East 78th Street.
