NEW YORK(CBS2) — If you heat your home with oil, then you already know that the costs can fluctuate. Everything from geopolitical tensions to changes in the local weather can affect the price of your oil.

Sometimes the problem stems from a delivery mistake, customers often complain about not receiving all of the oil that they paid for. But recently a Long Island man contacted CBS 2′s Asa Aarons because he was given too much oil.
