When Boomer got wind that Craig never gave money to our prized intern Vincent, after he got Italian ices for the entire Morning Show Staff, as Craig instructed him to do while he was out buying Mega-Millions tickets.

Boomer called Craig’s actions unacceptable and ordered his radio partner to wrong his right.  Craig did just that and then took it a step further by allowing Vinny to deliver the top of the hour update, replacing Jerry Recco.

Vinny got busy working and shortly after 9 a.m. he entered the Allstate Studio ready to wow.

He may not have ‘wowed’ the guys like he planned, but he did gain valuable experience (experience by the way – is something you gain, when you don’t get what you want).  Boomer & Craig offered their honest critique and I truly believe young Vincent will be better-off having gain the know-how and wisdom, even if it did come at a bit of a price…
