B&C Morning Show: It's Game 7 Thursday!
Boomer & Craig were in lock-step this morning regarding the focus of today's Show, or the focus of the day rather - 'It's Game 7 Thursday!!!'
So going on that premise, the Dynamic Radio Duo moved forward talking about the Rangers Game 7 clash with the Senators tonight at the Garden. Adding to the excitement, the Devils have a Game 7 of their own down in Florida against the Panthers. Make no mistake though, today was about the Blue Shirts and their quest to move onto Round 2.
The Yankees also had Boomer & Craig talking, as they announce their off-season acquisition Michael Pineda is done for the season with a torn labrum in his right shoulder. That combined with yet another shaky outing from Phil Hughes, has the Bombers pitching staff looking pretty shaky.
From shaky to scrappy, that is the word the guys used to describe the Mets' after their 5-1 win over the Marlins at Citi Field. The win gives the Mets an identical record as their crosstown rivals, both teams sitting at 10-8.
As for the Knicks, they did what they had to do against the Clippers last night and it appears they will face LeBron James & 'the Heatles' in the 1st Round.
After all of that the conversation shifted back towards the Rangers, as Boomer reluctantly talked about what he has planned after the Show today, leading up to tonight's highly anticipated Game 7 @ the Garden...
