NYPD: Teen Suspects Wanted For String Of Manhattan Robberies

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for two teenage suspects who authorities said are wanted for five robberies in Manhattan this month.

The robberies happened on the East Side between 79th and 85th streets and on the West Side between 81st and 89th streets.

The suspects walk up to victims on the street, grab them, say they have a gun or knife and demand money, police said. One of the victims was 12-years-old.

In all incidents, either a cell phone or cash was taken.

Police have released surveillance video of the suspects, who are between 14 and 16-years-old, from the fifth robbery on April 20, cops said.
