NEW YORK(CBS2) — Summer is on its way and that means it’s almost time for family vacations. Going on vacation means more than just fun in the sun, it also means that identity thieves will be trying to access your personal information.

Between passports, credit cards, and a host of other documents that travelers use; scammers are likely to try to wreck your trip by stealing your identity.

In this edition of Ask Asa, CBS 2′s Asa Aarons looks at a few ways that you can protect yourself and avoid becoming a victim.
