7 Rescued After Boat Overturns In Hudson River
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 15-foot boat overturned in the Hudson River late Tuesday afternoon near the West Village.
Seven people fell into the water, the FDNY said. All of them have been rescued and were being treated in ambulances along West Street.
CBS 2's Joe Biermann, reporting from Chopper 2-HD, said the boat was filled with water.
Police have also begun their investigation into how the incident occurred, Biermann reported.
