NEW YORK (WFAN) – Oh, bleep! Henrik Lundqvist, you’re the Vezina Trophy winner!

Lundqvist was so excited to be named the NHL’s top goalie, he inadvertently dropped the F-bomb live on television during the league’s awards ceremony Wednesday night.

The Rangers star uttered the expletive under his breath — but right into the microphone — during his acceptance speech, resulting in some hoots, hollers and a hearty applause from the surprised crowd.

“Oh, —-,” said Lundqvist, who immediately recognized his mistake. “Sorry, I’m nervous! But it feels good!”

Watch the safe-for-work version:

It may have slipped by the censors, but teammate Michael Del Zotto didn’t miss a beat.

“Channeling your inner torts with the F bomb. #classic. #therightway,” Del Zotto tweeted to Lundqvist, referencing fiery Rangers coach John Tortorella.

It was Lundqvist’s first Vezina victory in his fourth career nomination. The seven-year veteran went 39-18-5 with eight shutouts and a a .930 save percentage in 2011-12. So you could understand if he was a little too amped up.

“I don’t know where that (word) came from,” Lundqvist told the New York Post. “There were just so many emotions going through me, I was excited, nervous, I hadn’t written anything down and I wanted to remember to thank the people most important to me.”
