Tony’s Table: Fresh Squid Ink Pasta with Shellfish
Black Fettuccine allo Scoglio for two (Fresh Squid Ink Pasta with Shellfish)
1lb fresh pasta
10 manila clams
4 u15 gulf shrimps
2 dry scallops
2 blue crab claws
Extra Virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup of homemade marinara sauce.
How to prepare:
Cook pasta for about 5 minutes. In a skillet heat olive oil and add garlic until gold in color.
Add clams mussels and crab claws and simmer for one minute. Add shrimp, scallops and marinara sauce.
Let simmer for about three minutes. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
Add fresh basil and pasta and toss or mix in well with the shellfish.
Add a few drops of peperoncino oil and let rest on low fire for one minute.
Serve and enjoy!
