Workout Wonderland: NYC's First Playground Gym At Macombs Dam Park

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- There's a fitness trend spreading across the nation. Outdoor fitness zones are popping up in cities from Berkely, California, to the Bronx.

Macombs Dam Park now boasts a year-round outdoor workout facility right in the shadow of Yankee Stadium.
