VIDEO: Woman Seen Brutally Attacked During Bronx Robbery

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a violent robbery suspect who has victimized four people in the Bronx.

The suspect punches his victims in the head before robbing them, authorities said.  All the incidents took place between May 27 and  July 12.

The latest incident took place on July 12 at around 9 p.m. near Bronx Park East. Police released stunning surveillance video from that attack.

The victim appears to be opening a mailbox in the lobby of the Baychester building when the suspect slowly walks up behind her and punches her in the head.

After the woman falls, she is seen struggling with the suspect on the floor before he eventually overpowers and robs her.

The other attacks took place on Wallace Avenue, Holland Avenue and Matthews Avenue -- all in Baychester -- police said.

The suspect is described as a 5-foot-9 Hispanic man between 25 and 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jean shorts and a red and black baseball hat.
