NJ Man Declared Dead Day After Lightning Strike
LONG BRANCH, N.J. (AP) -- Police say a New Jersey man has died a day after being struck by lightning.
Forty-one-year-old Sebastian Castillo was fishing with his 12-year-old son in Long Branch around 5 p.m. Wednesday when a violent storm hit the area.
Police say a boy ran to a nearby home to ask for help, they told the Asbury Park Press, which first reported the death.
The East Rutherford man had two other sons, according to the newspaper.
