B&C Morning Show: Shaun White Stops By To Say Hello To Boomer & Craig
Boomer & Craig were thrilled to welcome two-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White into the Allstate Studio so that they could get to know him a little better, which they did.
White, who is only 25 years-old, talked about his tremendous success in both snow-boarding and skateboarding and compared winning Gold in the Olympics to winning Gold in the X-Games. He was a little tight lipped about the supposed relationship with Israeli model Bar Refaeli, but he did share what it was like being in London as a spectator for the Summer Olympics, how he befriended John McEnroe and how the two did some sword fighting.
White also talked about growing up in a snowboarding household and how that played into his success. We learned that he was not a cocky kid (according to him) and White also talked about his admiration for skateboarding pioneer Tony Hawk.
All in all I think it's safe to say that White is 'tripped-out' by all of his success and judging by his down-to-earth demeanor I think it's safe to say he is going to be doing this for a while...
