In a moment where Boomer clearly did have have the audience in mind, he did his best to shoehorn in some hockey talk, as the threat of lockout looms. The two sides plan on talking today, but Boomer showed little confidence that they will make any real progress though, using the word schism to describe the current labor situation.
Craig then pointed out that most word that end in ‘-ism’ generally have a negative connotation, while Boomer stated that conversely words that end in ‘-asm’ generally have a positive meaning.
Both theories were put to the test, morning show style.
