Coughlin Has Harsh Words For Schiano After Giants Win

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Tom Coughlin had harsh words for Greg Schiano after the Buccaneers' rookie coach told his defense to play hard when Eli Manning was taking a knee on the final snap of the Giants' 41-34 win on Sunday.

There was a brief scrum after the play and some players had to be separated.

Coughlin yelled at the former Rutgers coach when they met after the game, telling him that kind of play can get someone hurt.

Schiano, two games into his NFL head coaching career after spending the past 11 seasons with Rutgers, refused to say what was said between the coaches.

However, he said they hashed out some stuff and he told Coughlin his team will fight until the game is over, even if other NFL teams don't.

Manning, who passed 510 yards, called the play a cheap shot.

Do you think Tom Coughlin was right to say something to Greg Schiano? Let us know below?
