As he usually does when his Eagle are preparing to take on the Giants, Brent Celek called in to talk some football with Boomer and Craig.
They began with Philly quarterback Michael Vick, who according to Celek is just fine.
When asked about the Eagles’ offensive struggles, Celek said it’s never just one person and the bottom line is they have to protect the ball. With that said the Eagles are 2-1, despite being -6 in the turnover category, usually the formula for a loss (or two).
Celek also offered his thoughts on the banged-up Giants secondary before saying he prefers a good book over any television program — just not ’50 Shades of Grey’…
