B&C Morning Show: Tryin' To Keep Things Positive With Yanks, Made Difficult By Jets

Craig attempted to keep the vibes positive when opening up today's radio program, getting things started with the Yankees after they took care of business against the Red Sox last night in the Bronx. That -- combined with an Orioles loss to the Rays -- means the Bombers currently hold a one-game lead in the AL East, with just two games remaining.

So clearly that is a reason to smile, especially if you're a 'Yankees fan' like Cragie.  Even if you're not, I'm sure you know someone who is - so for that special someone, allow yourself to be happy.

The good vibrations were unfortunately short-lived, as those first place Jets made their presence felt after owner Woody Johnson made some comments that rubbed Craig the wrong way.  Boomer talked about the forum in which the comments were made.

So the guys talked about the first place Yanks, as David Phelps will get the nod tonight, in favor Ivan Nova - thus giving the rookie right-hander the opportunity of a lifetime tonight against the Red Sox and Woody Johnson's priorities to open up this Tuesday edition of the Morning Extravaganza...
