NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Baseball’s regular season is over and once again the Bombers will be right in the middle of the postseason.
The Yankees clinched the AL East Wednesday night in the Bronx, meaning New York is going after their 28th World Series championship.

The 2012 World Series Trophy made a guest appearance on The Couch today, along with a few other priceless pieces of baseball history.
Erik Strohel, senior director of exhibitions at The National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown stopped by the play show and tell with the sports memorabilia.
