After splitting the first two games in Baltimore, the Yankees and the Orioles will square off tonight in the Bronx for Game 3 of the ALDS, and Boomer & Craig have things covered like a glove.

As is usually the case this time of year, all eyes are on Alex Rodriguez.  The Yankees’ third baseman has gone just 1-for-9 thus far with five strikeouts in the ALDS, so fans and media members alike are talking, mainly about where in the lineup Joe Girardi should hit him moving forward.

Craig agrees that his admitted ‘man-crush’ is not worthy of batting in the three-hole any longer, and he prefers to see the red-hot Robinson Cano hit third.  With that said, Craig also believes the focus should not be on Rodriguez today, but instead on tonight’s starter, Hiroki Kuroda, and only Kuroda — because as “Kuroda goes, so go the Yankees.”

Despite agreeing that he should not be the sole focus, the guys did end up spending a good portion of today’s show open talking about A-Rod, even going as far as to break down his tools and how well they’re working/not working these days…
