Cooking On The Couch: Autumn Desserts
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Chef Colleen Grapes joined The Couch to show us how to make some succulent fall desserts.
Grapes is the Pastry Chef at New York’s The Red Cat and The Harrison. Her newly released cookbook, “I Love Corn,” features a recipe for Poached Peaches & Rhubarb with Warm Corn Shortcakes. She also showed us how to make Banana and Nilla Wafer Napolean, which can be found at The Red Cat.
