B&C Morning Show: Updating The Yankees' Demise

During his first update of the morning, Jerry Recco provided us with both a recap and reaction from the Yankees' 8-1 loss to the Tigers in Game 4 of the ALCS.  With the win, Detroit completes the sweep of the Bombers, who became part of history by setting a postseason record for futility with a team batting average at a putrid .188.

Jerry provided post game audio of Alex Rodriguez, who made it clear he has no plans to go anywhere, among other Yankees' players, including yesterday's starter, CC Sabathia, who was understandably embarrassed by his performance.

Over in the NLCS, the stinkin' Cardinals took a 3-1 lead over the Giants, thanks to an 8-3 win and will look to close things out tonight in St. Louis with Lance Lynn on the hill, opposed by Barry Zito for San Francisco.

Plus, the 49ers downed the Seahawks 13-6 on Thursday Night Football, Rex Ryan indicated that would could see Tim Tebow line up at running back Sunday in Foxboro against the Patriots, before taking a page out of wrestling legend Ric Flair's book with regards to Gang Green's chances in New England, and a brief update on the on-going NHL lockout...
