Craig started the segment by mentioning all the negative tweets he received about his Jets rant to start the show.  After Craig read through all the negativity, Jerry Recco gave us his first update of the morning.

Jerry broke down all of Sunday’s football action with sound from everyone, but not before reminding Craig that he thought the Patriots would beat up on the Jets.

Jerry also played a clip from CBS2, where Jim Nance incorrectly said that the Jets are now in first place.  The guys then got into a discussion over Nance’s Tom Brady-biased nature.  As usual, Craig thought Nance was pulling hard for Brady while Jerry and Boomer think that Nance was fair.

Onto the Giants, Jerry gave us the audio from the Eli Manning to Victor Cruz game-deciding touchdown pass.  Jason Pierre-Paul is glad that Eli is on his team.  While the Jets were unable to win the game late, the Giants put the game into their best player’s hands and he got it done.

After the Giants chatter, Jerry went around the league and gave all the rest of the scores and stories from Sunday.

To the NLCS – it’s come down to a Game 7 featuring a Matt Cain and Kyle Lohse matchup.  Craig’s only hope is that the game ends with a Carlos Beltran strike out.
