SECAUCUS, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — A disabled train near the Portal Bridge in Secaucus caused delays of NJ TRANSIT trains in and out of Penn Station Monday morning.

Trains on the Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line and Midtown Direct service in and out of Penn Station all faced delays of up to 45 minutes for much of the morning rush.
