Jersey Shore's J-Woww On New Lifestyle And Upcoming Wedding

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork -- From party girl to bride-to-be, "Jersey Shore" star Jenni 'JWoww' Farley has a brand new take on life. She hit The Couch with fitness advice and her tips for staying happy and healthy on the Jersey Shore.

Wedding bells will soon be ringing for the reality television starlet. Now she's setting the record straight about what happened when her fiancé, Roger, got physical with her one night at the club.

"People don't realize that that fight was enormous, they just couldn't show it" she said. "He was pretty angry."

J-Woww has nothing but appreciation for the television show and the other cast members, who she calls "family members."

"When you think about it, I met my fiancé on [the show], so it's forever changed my future," she said. "I'm in a career that I couldn't love more."

Does she have any regrets?

"No," she said. "I have no regrets, except for my hair, maybe, on season one. I didn't have a Keratin treatment, so it was so frizzy."
