This Fit Minute features a very innovative workout called Forza, which uses Samurai swords and is based on martial arts.
Invented by Ilaria Montagnani, currently an instructor at Equinox.
Montagnani is an internationally acclaimed fitness expert who founded Powerstrike in 1995. Inspired by the idea of pushing physical limits to ignite inner strength, she combined her martial arts background with contemporary choreography to develop a groundbreaking approach to group fitness.
