Could this football Friday edition of the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza actually be the calm before the storm?

With what is being hailed as the storm of the century rolling in, Craig is predicting that the Mark Sanchez-Tim Tebow quarterback controversy will come to a head this Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium when the Jets take on the Dolphins.

Tebow is the Jets’ ‘backup’ QB, yet he was featured in today’s New York Daily News after sitting down for an exclusive Q&A with Craig’s buddy Manish Mehta.  After reading the piece, Craig concluded that we are likely to see a whole lot of Tebow this Sunday, and that he believes Mehta’s ‘unnamed source’ just might be ‘Sexy Jesus’ himself, Tim Tebow — pure speculation of course.

Boomer just can’t believe that Tebow is still a talking point, but for the sake of the show he added his two cents, which pretty much echoed what his radio partner was spewing.

As for the Giants-Cowboys game in Big D, the guys both agree that this game is a tough game to figure, but seem to be leaning toward Big Blue to take a stranglehold on the NFC East…
