B&C Morning Show: A Tale Of Two Opens

With WFAN making it's FM debut on 101.9 at midnight, Craig just couldn't wait to get on the air.  So he got Boomer into the Allstate Studio a little early and the Dynamic Radio Duo opened things up while being heard by the masses on both 660 AM & 101.9 FM for the very first time.

The guys got things started by talking about the low-hanging fruit that is the New York City Marathon, which is still scheduled to take place this Sunday throughout the five boroughs.

In light of the damage incurred by superstorm Sandy, whether or not the Marathon should go on as planned has become a hot-topic issue.

Boomer is in favor of the decision to proceed as planned, pointing to the importance of getting things back to normal and the revenue generated from the event.  Craig disagrees.  He believes the energy and resources needed to pull of the marathon should be used elsewhere.

Then there is the Knicks, who apparently would rather not play tonight's game against the Heat at Madison Square Garden, but are reportedly being forced to do so by the powers that be in the NBA.  Not to be left out, Heat guard Dwyane Wade took to Twitter to complain about traffic in New York -- which didn't go unnoticed by Boomer & Craig...
