NEW YORK(CBS2) — Just in time for Thanksgiving CBS 2’s Tony Tantillo has an herb potato recipe that you will definitely want to include in your family’s feast.


Herb Potatoes

2 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes

1 lb. Baby Red Potatoes

1/2 c. Diced White Onions

1 c. Olive Oil

1 1/2 c. Chicken Stock

6 Rosemary Sprigs

2 oz. Dried Oregano

2 oz. Parsley

Juice From 2 Lemon



Cube potatoes. In pan, heat olive oil. Add potatoes and onions. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Cook until slightly brown. Remove oil from pan and add chicken stock. Reduce 50%, add herbs and serve.

(NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.)
