B&C Morning Show: It's A 'Tricky' Update, So 'Crack A Bottle'

Legendary rap artist Slick Rick (pictured) performed at halftime of last night's Knicks-Nets game at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and he received mixed reviews for his efforts.  After discussing "The Ruler's" performance, the guys engaged in a discussion about old-school rap while listening to a couple of rap pioneers do their thing.

Then we heard from a guy named Jerry Recco, who led his update gloating about the Nets' 96-89 overtime win over the Knicks. Both teams now have identical 9-4 records, and clearly a rivalry has been born.

Plus, the Thunder held the Bobcats to 24 first-half points, Cam Newton stole the show on Monday Night Football -- leading the Panthers to a 30-22 win over the Eagles -- and Giants placed Andre Brown on the injured reserve/recall list, making him eligible to return if his broken fibula magically heals up by the Super Bowl.

The Jets will try Joe McKnight out at wide-receiver, Mark Sanchez has a lot to look out for -- including Brandon Moore's buttocks -- and Ndamukong Suh avoided suspension for his actions on Thanksgiving against the Texans...
