According to Craig, David Wright’s days as the Mets’ third baseman are numbered. I know we’ve heard this before, but based on the reports that Wright has turned down a seven-year, $140 million deal, Craig’s prediction is founded (and likely to ring true).

On the surface this seems like a pretty straightforward negotiation, but nothing is ever as it seems.  Boomer & Craig opened up today’s radio program by peeling back the many layers to this story, while trying to figure out if Wright is even worth such a hefty contract in the first place…
