One of our favorite Pop Talk regulars, Rob Shuter, stopped by The Couch to show us some of the stars’ favorite New Year’s Eve cocktails. Guess what? They’re super easy to make! Try and make one of these four delicious, festive beverages for your final holiday gathering.

Holiday Ginger Snap:

1 thin slice ginger

1.5 oz Ciroc Peach

.5 oz Lemon Juice

2-3 sage leaves

Top w/ ginger beer

Holiday Spice:

1.5oz Ciroc Coconut

.25 oz Pineapple Juice

.5 oz Coconut Cream

1 oz Milk

1 Egg White

Dash All Spice

Dash Cinnamon

Dash Nutmeg

Roja Rita:

2 shiso leaves

1.5 oz Tequila

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Agave Nectar

1 oz Cherry Juice

Santa’s Sleigh Ride (non-alcoholic):   

6oz lukewarm Apple Cider Mix

Add Apple cider, Honey, Cinnamon Sticks, Apple slices and let it sit over night. Heat up when serving.
