After a 6-10 campaign — which was accompanied by plenty of headline-grabbing happenings — the Jets enter the offseason with a whole bunch of questions and without a general manager, having fired Mike Tannenbaum.
Tannenbaum is the man who was ultimately responsible for bringing Tim Tebow into the fold, a move that Boomer was against from the get go.
That begs the question — What kind of season might the Jets have had had they never gotten Tebow in the first place???
