Fans of the hit comedy 30 Rock know Grizz Chapman from his role as Tracy Morgan’s pall “Grizz.”

With the show about to wrap up its run, the big guy is ready for new challenges.

He joined us on The Couch to talk about what the end of the show means for him. As it turns out, 2013 will be a busy year for Grizz – he has three movies coming out in the new year.
