RIP Ed Koch

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - “How’m I doin’?” That was the refrain of Edward Irving Koch, who we knew simply as Ed Koch.

The former mayor of New York died Friday morning at 88-years-old and he certainly left an impression on everyone.

WCBS 880’s Chris Rauch has produced the following audio montage paying tribute to him.

It features Koch’s own voice, as well as those of Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Rep. Charles Rangel, WCBS 880 reporter Irene Cornell, Former U.S. Sen. Al D’Amato, Former Mayor David Dinkins, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, and Cardinal Timothy Dolan.
