San Francisco’s inactive list was: third quarterback Scott Tolzien, safety Trenton Robinson, running back Jewel Hampton, linebacker Cam Johnson, guard Joe Looney and defensive tackles Ian Williams and Tony Jerod-Eddie.

Baltimore’s other inactives were linebacker Adrian Hamilton, receiver Deonte Thompson and defensive tackle Bryan Hall.

Neither team announced a change to its starting lineup.
