The incident took place around 3:30 p.m. when a group of teens were fighting and the situation spilled over onto the platform.

Police told 1010 WINS that a dispute between the two groups led to the attack.

Sources told CBS 2's Dennis the stabbing may have occurred following a fight in school that resulted in an in-school suspension and that the attack may have been in retaliation.
