With a record of 31-15, the Knicks are just a half-game game behind the first-place Heat (31-14) in the East.
They’re currently riding a five-game winning streak, thanks in large part to the play of Amar’e Stoudemire.
Tonight the Knickerbockers will take on the Wizards in Washington, but before that, Amar’e took a few minutes out of his schedule to give Boomer and Craig a call to talk about his health, the Knicks’ surge and the role he has played in it, his diet and need for meat, what a difference a healthy Raymond Felton at the point makes, as well as the improved play of sixth-man extraordinaire JR Smith.
