Brett Yormark, CEO of the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, joined Boomer and Carton this morning to talk about his team, who ‘are in the best spot they’ve been in six years.’
Yormark is very confident in his GM Billy King and was not shocked when a move was not made yesterday prior to the NBA trade deadline. He wouldn’t go as far as to declare that the Nets, as currently constituted, are good enough to win an NBA championship, but he did assure the guys that ownership is totally committed to winning a title above all else.
As far as the business side of things, Yormark is looking forward to Friday, March 8, when the Nets take on the Wizards and the Dynamic Radio Duo of Boomer and Carton will be calling the game right here on WFAN (660 AM/101.9 FM), the flagship station of the Brooklyn Nets…
