Darryl Strawberry stopped by the Allstate Studio this morning.
Before Boomer and Craig could get to talking baseball with the former slugger, the ‘Straw Man’ informed the guys that he preaches the gospel theses days and is planning to open a church in St. Louis, with the help of his wife.
After hearing all about Darryl’s gospel-preaching lifestyle, we heard his take on the Yankees, Mets, Alex Rodriguez, Mike Piazza and more.
Before saying goodbye, Craig managed to get Strawberry to preach the aforementioned gospel after providing him with a glowing introduction.
