B&C Morning Show: Here We Cano; Jets' QB Search Broadens

Brian Cashman confirmed the Yankees made a 'significant offer' to Robinson Cano with hopes of avoiding a bidding war for their 30-year-old second baseman.  At this point it's not clear whether said offer was rejected or still being considered by Cano and his agent Scott Boras -- but I think we all see where this is heading..

So it was there that this Friday, March 1 edition of the Boomer & Carton Morning Extravaganza began, talking baseball as the sun comes up.

It wasn't all about baseball though, as the Jets continue their search for another quarterback -- and it's clear when one hears the name David Garrard that John Idzik is leaving very few stones unturned.

I'm also happy to report that Boomer no longer looks like an overgrown pumpkin, Al Dukes is not afraid to make his desire to see money audible, and a brief lesson in self-enhancement, promotional enhancement and satisfaction...
