Firefighter, Civilian NYPD Employee Charged With DWI

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An FDNY firefighter and a civilian police employee were both arrested and charged with drunken while intoxicated this week.

Firefighter John McKee, 39, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Friday in the 123rd Police Precinct on the south shore of Staten Island.

Then at 1:45 a.m. Saturday, NYPD civilian maintenance worker Albert Tarleton, 49, was arrested in the 43rd Precinct in the southeast Bronx.

Both were charged with driving while intoxicated.

Further details of the arrests were not immediately available.
