B&C Morning Show: Jerry's Masterful Update
Thanks to some great pitching (Hiroki Kuroda) and timely hitting (Gardy went yardy), the Yanks put one in the 'W' column with a 3-0 win over the Orioles last night in the Bronx.
On Saturday, the Bombers turned a 4-6-5-6-5-3-4 triple play in a 5-2 win over the O's and lucky for us, Jerry Recco provided the audio of Yankees' radio play-by-play magician John Sterling doing his best to describe the historic feat.
Meanwhile, the Mets (7-4) are killin' it, but their game with the Twins in Minnesota was postponed yesterday due to inclement weather.
As for the Knicks, they secured the two-seed in the Eastern Conference with a 90-80 win over the Pacers yesterday afternoon, the Nets lost to the Raptors 93-87 in Toronto, but locked up the four-seed nonetheless. Adam Scott (pictured with his new Green Jacket) won the Masters, Tiger Woods embroiled in a 'cheating' scandal and Jim 'Ewww Hello Friends' Nantz can't be happy about it...
