NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Violence erupted outside a nightclub in Inwood early Saturday, leaving two people shot and a third slashed in the head.

Police were dispatched at 4 a.m. to the Negro Claro Lounge, at 3805 Tenth Ave. at 204th Street, following the violent fight.

Police confirmed a 33-year-old man was slashed in the head and was taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital.

A 27-year-old man was shot in the buttocks, and was reported in stable condition at an unspecified hospital.

A 28-year-old man was shot in the right calf and was taken to Harlem Hospital Center, where his condition was reported as stable.

No details were available early Saturday afternoon on the motive for the violence.
